Among our startup selection you’ll find Labfolder, a Berlin-based firm with a B2B SaaS ‘operating system for laboratories’ that solves the problem of research data management. Also from the German capital comes Baze, which is developing and marketing the first truly personalized nutrients and supplements, bringing a data-driven approach to what a $120bn global market.
Meanwhile Criamtech will be coming from Lisbon to introduce their portable blood type and disease detection device, which will be able to determine blood type, ABO and Rh in three minutes, drastically reducing time possible errors.
Travelling all the way from Seattle in the United States is Immusoft, which has come up with a way to program a patient’s B cells to cure disease through its ‘Immune System Programming’. One example application is the treatment of MPS I.
We’ll also have some ‘home’ companies from the Netherlands in the room. These include Fited, a startup that creates elegant and accurate 3D printed medical braces and prosthetics from images, saving on costs and improving efficiency by moving away from plaster-casting and hand-molding.

If you’re a health corporate and the idea of meeting 100 startups with great healthtech innovations sounds pretty tantalizing, then you won’t want to miss our session dedicated to corporate-startup collaboration in the health sector.
In that session, entitled Health Startups and Corporations – Models of Collaboration, Min-Sung Sean Kim of Allianz Ventures and Dr Jama Nateqi, co-founder of Symptoma, will take to the stage to discuss the ways health startups and corporates to innovate together.
Allianz Ventures enables the digitalization of Allianz through investing in and partnering with innovative start-ups, while Symptoma is a search engine that enables physicians to search for relevant diagnostic information based on patients’ symptoms, age, location and gender.
Kim’s credentials also include being an investor in Pioneers alumnus MySugr – a hugely successful diabetes management startup which was recently acquired by Roche.
