Investment Stages
Pioneers Ventures specifically adds value to B2B startups thanks to its wide network of corporate partners and venture capital funds, often co-investing with the top VCs in Europe, supporting its portfolio companies and raising follow-on funding. Further funding opportunities exist within the group.
Startups additionally gain visibility at Pioneers events and through ongoing features on various Pioneers communication channels.
The startup300 Funding Cycle:
Together with the other members of the startup300 group – Startup Live, CONDA and capital300 – we support startups from their initial stages all the way to Series B funding.
01 Ideation Stage
Startups are invited to join the leading acceleration program in Europe, Startup Live, that supports founders in the early phases of ideation, team building and concept development. Those who manage to impress the juries at their renowned weekend events receive support, mentoring and up to €10K in funding, as well as a Pioneers Ventures investment.
02 Pre-Seed Stage
Early-stage startups are supported with funding ranging from €50K to €100K when joining the Pioneers Ventures portfolio. In addition, Pioneers Ventures allows for co-investment opportunities with partners, as well as access to an extensive business angel network.
03 Seed Stage
Having gathered initial financial backing and built a stable network around an idea, seed-stage startups have the opportunity to collect funding amounting to €1M with the help of CONDA’s new crowdinvesting services, CONDA Black, followed by investments ranging from €150K to €1M made by CONDA. Through CONDA Black, investors will for the first time in Austria be able to invest in startups together with renowned business angels and Pioneers Ventures.
04 Series A Stage
capital300, the investment arm of startup300, takes charge of all growth-stage investments starting at €1,5M. Both Pioneers Ventures as well as capital300 follow a collaborative approach towards investing and offer interesting co-investment opportunities within the VC ecosystem.
As part of the startup300 group we offer a scope of services that is unique in Austria: financial support, space and consultancy services, as well as networking and corporate collaboration opportunities for our stakeholders and community members. Startups in our portfolio are guaranteed direct financial investment and follow-on funding opportunities, access to an extensive corporate and public sector partner network, business scaling support and publicity.
