Cloudo, the Bratislava based startup enables you to increase your productivity when searching and organizing your stuff online. We are more than proud that Cloudo becomes the first member of the Pioneers Ventures family.

Ondrej had previously built Cloud Fender – also a product in the space of "Cloud productivity". They took part in an MIT accelerator program after only a month of existence and participated in the Pioneers Challenge. Nonetheless, Cloud Fender was shut down towards the end of last year. Sure, startups fail. But it’s impressive for founders to again embark on the same long and winding road. Ondrej and his team are now applying the lessons they learned building Cloud Fender. We are optimistic this will increase the odds of making their new baby successful.
“In Cloudo we found the perfect first partner for our fund. Three things convinced us: first, the ambitious team and their experience in the given field. Secondly, the fact that the market for productivity tools shows a lot of growth potential and thirdly the product itself. We are convinced that we can contribute our share to accelerating Cloudo’s success,” Philipp comments the signing of our first deal.
"As for the strategy of the fund," Markus says, “founder-friendly terms, quick execution, and a clear focus on the best founding teams will continue to be our approach. Overall, we are planning ten to twelve investments per year with an average ticket size of EUR 100,000. We focus on European early stage tech companies with digital business models."
