Are you a hands-on and do you have a passion for organising small events and collaborating with various people? The Pioneers Events Team is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team member in order support us during Pioneers events peak time in recruiting and coordinating our Mobility.Pioneers and Pioneers’19 volunteers.

You will be part of a dedicated events team fully responsible for the planning and execution of our well-known events.
We are a motivated, dynamic team of 36 people from 16 nations, enthusiastic about technology and innovation.
Passion for organising small workshops and collaborating with people
Motivated and self-driven
Excellent time management and communication skills
First event and people management experience is and asset
Exceptional English and German written and oral communication skills

Promote the Pioneers’19 volunteer program to gain community support of the volunteer program and the organization
Promoting, recruiting, screening, and training new volunteers for Pioneers'18
Identifying leadership among volunteers and cultivating volunteer leaders
Organising and leading regular meetups and trainings for volunteers
Support elaborating the staffing of volunteers during the event
Single point of contact for volunteer related issues
Close collaboration with Event Operations, HR Manager and the Pioneers core team
Part time (20-25h/week) position at Pioneers HQ based in the heart of Vienna, Austria starting January 2019. Welcoming work environment with a dynamic, highly motivated and international team of 16 nations. Well known brand with a huge network in the startup area. The minimum full time salary for this position is € 1500,- before tax/month.
