3+ years of experience in fundraising, sales and/or partnerships
Experience in managing the full sales cycle from planning to closing deals, experience in sponsorship sales is a plus
Genuine willingness to learn and drive to succeed
Passion for startups and innvation
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Joy in networking, building and maintaining close relationships with our partners
Strong people skills, plus the ability to grow in a team environment
Exceptional phone manner and not fear to talk to senior executives at their level
Willingness to travel
Identification, onboarding and fostering of relationships with the world’s leading corporations
Sales execution, creating and managing the sales pipeline focused on large-size multinational corporations with values above EUR 100.000
Research on startup activities of potential clients and new leads
Preparation of sales presentations and proposals
Evaluate of customers needs
Building productive and long-lasting relationships
Documentation of sales processes
Management of accounts for the international clients of Pioneers Events
Full time position based in the heart of Vienna, Austria starting March 2019. Welcoming work environment with a dynamic, highly motivated and international team of 16 nationalities. Well known brand with a huge network in the startup area. The minimum full time salary for this position is € 42.175,- before tax/year and an attractive performance-related commission. We are of course willing to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualification.
