Pioneers is an international relationship builder in the technology and startup scene offering events, intelligence, and venture capital. Over the last 6 years we have grown our flagship event - Pioneers'18 (former Pioneers Festival) to the leading technology gathering in Europe. While supporting startups stays at our core, we have learned how to leverage our network and deliver products providing valuable insights to some of the world’s leading companies and investment funds.
We are a fast growing team of 34 people from 15 nations located in the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria.

Background in sales and/or performance marketing is an asset
Exceptional phone manner and not fear to talk to senior executives at their level
Valuable ideas and propositions on the go
Team player and hands-on mentality
Exceptional English written and oral communication skills, German is a plus
You will contribute to the Pioneers global expansion plan
You will be identifying, connecting with and onboarding world's leading corporations
You work closely with marketing and sales in creating and implementing new market entry/lead generation strategies and improving processes in the sales channels
You will come up with new ideas for technologies/data driven approaches to increase ticket sales
You will maintain an active and up to date database of attendees and prospects
Full time position based in the heart of Vienna, Austria starting January 2018. Welcoming work environment with a dynamic, highly motivated and international team of 17 nations. Well known brand with a huge network in the startup area. The minimum full time salary for this position is € 25.200,- before tax/year + commission (which is related to your performance).
